Position and Department

Salary: $114,154.00
Position title: Assistant Professor of Finance
Department: Finance

Responsibilities
  • Teach twelve hours per trimester (fall and spring trimesters) including advanced undergraduate and graduate finance courses (examples: Financial Management – MBA, Selected Cases in Finance) and introductory undergraduate finance courses (examples: Fundamentals of Business Finance).
  • Complete research leading to publication in peer‑reviewed journals and engage in other scholarly activity.
  • Participate in university service, including committee work at the School and University levels.
  • Advise students and develop courses for online or classroom delivery.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Finance or closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses at the college level.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach online courses at the college level.
