Chemours is seeking an Americas Stationary Marketing Specialist to join our growing Americas Marketing and Business Development team for the Thermal and Specialized Solutions (TSS) business. This position will be available at the Wilmington Office Building, in Wilmington, DE and report directly to the Americas Stationary Marketing Manager, TSS.

In Thermal & Specialized Solutions, we harness next-generation, low-Global Warming Potential (GWP) technology to provide market driven innovations to customers in the areas of Refrigerants, Propellants, Fire Protection, Foam Blowing Agents used in various systems for building and construction segments, and Mobile and Stationary heating and cooling systems to name a few.

The Marketing Specialist for Stationary Air Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration supports the Americas Stationary Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of regional marketing strategies across North and South America for Opteon and Freon refrigerants. This role focuses on stationary refrigeration, chillers, air conditioning, and heat pump applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Stationary Marketing and Business Development teams, as well as cross functional partners across the TSS organization, to drive growth of existing product portfolios and support the commercialization and qualification of new products.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager in tracking market and competitive intelligence across stationary markets, leveraging customer intel and external industry sources and partnerships.

  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of the Chill Zone webinar series, driving industry education while increasing brand awareness and thought leadership for Opteon refrigerants.

  • Support the development and ongoing optimization of the Opteon.com website content and associated marketing collateral to ensure consistent branding, clear value messaging, and customer relevance.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows and events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and effective engagement with target audiences.

  • Serve as a core member of the Commercial Refrigeration growth project team, developing an understanding of the industry value chain and supporting initiatives that advance lowGWP refrigerant adoption.

  • Lead Portfolio Enrichment initiatives to support new product commercialization, collaborating crossfunctionally to bring new Chemours offerings to market.

The following is required for this role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or related degree.

  • 3+ years of experience in a business or technical role

  • Experience leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated written and oral skills and ability to present information and ideas to a variety of audiences

  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills to drive programs, set priorities, and deliver against goals

  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Prior technical service, marketing, and/or product management experience within the HVACR industry
