Production Operator โ€“ 1st Shift

Location: Windsor, CT
Pay: $20 โ€“ $25/hr (W-2)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM | Monday โ€“ Friday

Aglobal leader in aerospace and industrial turbine repair, is hiring Production Operators to support aircraft engine part repair and manufacturing processes.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Assist with assembly and disassembly of aircraft engine parts.

  • Perform processes such as grit blasting, plating, airflow testing, blending, masking, brazing, chemical stripping, bonding, and teardown (experience in at least 2โ€“3 areas preferred).

  • Use hand tools, gauges, and shop equipment to clean, blend, and prepare parts for repair.

  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures.

  • Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with overtime opportunities.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production experience.

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents.

  • Comfortable with physical work: standing, bending, twisting, lifting 25+ lbs.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude; able to use basic hand tools and precision gauges.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (Birth Certificate or Passport required).
