Are you a hands-on production professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently? Join a growing chemical cleaning solutions manufacturer in Snohomish as a Production Manager and play a key role in overseeing daily production, maintaining inventory, ensuring quality standards, and delivering products to customers on time.

This direct-hire, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, planning, problem-solving, and hands-on production work in a collaborative environment.

Production Manager Job Duties:
  • Create and manage daily production schedules
  • Coordinate manufacturing priorities with the Director of Operations
  • Mix products according to detailed batch sheets and formulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production runs
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and monitor packaging equipment
  • Verify product quality, fill weights, labeling accuracy, and packaging standards
  • Maintain production records and batch documentation
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and other operational tasks as needed
  • Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe

Schedule: Weekdays 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
 
Pay: $32-$35 per hour
 
Production Manager Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning 
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Experience following written procedures and production instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Ability to lift materials to chest height throughout the shift
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the production area
