To support the successful growth of our Business & Education Solutions Team, we are hiring an Assistant Product Manager. This role is responsible for product management, pricing simulation, and margin monitoring. The Assistant Product Manager will work with end-user data to gather and analyze information, perform data modeling and visualization, identify business problems through data-driven insights, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pricing Management
  • Support PM and LOB heads in strategic decision-making on Pricing for each line of business, including Interactive Flat Panel ( IFP) & Business Projector (PJB)
  • Provide price quotes for daily bids and government/state contracts
  • Submit price quotes for internal approval
  • Provide quarterly channel program setup and monitor result/balance
  • Set up monthly internal cost data
  • Support channel incentive program with 3 rd party platform to resellers

Reporting
  • Oversee COOP, VIR, and SPIFF programs by managing channel incentives and analyzing performance data to maximize partner engagement, ensure compliance, and drive sales growth
  • Review open channel program PA balance and report to the product manager
  • Conduct monthly revenue follow-ups to align with sales targets and ensure consistent performance tracking
  • Create shipping and warranty reports
  • Create inventory reports and arrange inventory transfer between warehouses
  • Set up new products in Oracle with cost information

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experienced in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (knowing PivotTable, Lookup Table, IFERROR, etc.)
  • Solid mathematics background
  • Streamline communication and organizational skills across different teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability as a product or technology advocate
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills are a must
  • Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
  • Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems; flexible and adaptable
  • Maintain a professional, efficient, and service-oriented demeanor with all customers
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred

Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or finance is required
