Job description

We're looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer to help shape and evolve our product experience. You'll own design work from ideation through launch, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to think strategically, execute at a high level, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
 
Required: Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday from our Philadelphia, PA or Miami, FL office. Remote-only applicants will not be considered.

Compensation
  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Exceptions may be made for exceptional individuals. For additional information on this role's compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.

  • This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff's equity incentive plan.

  • Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

 
What You'll Do
  • Design end-to-end product experiences across Web & Native

  • Own projects from early discovery through final delivery

  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to define problems and ship solutions

  • Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive customer experiences

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Use research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions

  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience

What We're Looking For
  • 6-10+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products

  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work

  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

  • Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear solutions

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of craft

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real customer problems

  • Experience leveraging AI-driven design or automation tools to improve workflows, exploration, or iteration

  • Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and a track record of designing inclusive, usable experiences

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or on-demand delivery

  • Experience designing for multiple customer types (customers, partners, internal tools)

  • Experience designing flexible, component-based editing or creation surfaces (e.g., tools which allow editors to build and customize content, layouts, or workflows)

  • Familiarity with experimentation and data-driven product development

  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, React Native)
