Job Summary:
The Procurement Analyst supports the development and execution of global indirect procurement strategies by providing data analysis, sourcing support, process improvement expertise, and reporting. Reporting to the Director of Indirect Goods & Services, this role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies, enhance supplier performance, optimize procurement processes, and support strategic sourcing initiatives across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement to deliver business value.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track global procurement metrics, including operational efficiency, supplier performance, and benefits capture to support procurement strategy development
  • Support the development and rollout of enterprise-wide category strategies such as MRO, facilities, professional services and logistics
  • Provide input and data analysis on requisition and payment process, spend management and benefits capture to the Global Commodity/Spend Category Managers and procurement management to aid in strategy development
  • Assist in preparing sourcing waves, category playbooks, supplier assessments, and should-cost models to support procurement decision-making
  • Conduct competitive sourcing including RFx preparation, bid analysis, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations
  • Ensure availability of optimal reporting tools for management and user community to conduct analytical decision making
  • Deploy communication plans and training programs for internal and external personnel
  • Deliver executive-level analyses and reporting to support leadership and Chief Supply Chain Officer
  • Support the rollout, optimization, and adoption of enterprise Source-to-Pay procurement platform

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree - business or operational background is preferred; MBA a plus
  • 1 to 3 years experience and proven technical proficiency with appropriate procurement systems and analytic tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project, SAP R3 and EBP, Business Warehouse)
  • Experience with utilizing generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to automate and optimize processes
  • Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem solving capabilities
  • Financial acumen
  • Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma methodology experience a plus
  • Experience in multiple business sectors/spend categories
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10%
