**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established protocols.
- Set up and adjust machinery as needed to meet production specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and maintain high standards of production.
