POSITION PURPOSE:
The Service Team Member ensures "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish. Responsibilities include preparing delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting/helping customers with their orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, and handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
  • Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but is not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and packing condiments.
  • Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

Certifications
