Job Overview

We are seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join the NICU/PICU Float team in Spokane, Washington. This role provides flexible, high-acuity respiratory care across neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, and central respiratory therapy units.

The position requires strong adaptability, as the clinician will support multiple critical care environments depending on patient census and hospital needs.

  • Provide respiratory therapy across NICU, PICU, and central hospital units
  • Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory support systems for neonates and pediatric patients
