About the role
Provides a full range of administrative, clerical office support to Director of Guest Experience and Guest Experience Managers. Assist Guest Experience Management Team to ensure a smooth arrival and memorable stay for VIP, SA, Long Stay and Celebrity guests while complying with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
  • Provides a full range of administrative, clerical office support to Guest Experience Management Team
  • Handle and process purchase orders for all ordering required for Guest Experience Management Team, ensuring quotes/bidding process is carried out.
  • Communicate and coordinate guest needs with Reservations, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Room Service, Pool and Beach, Florist and Sales to satisfy VIP, SA, Long Stay and Celebrity guest needs.
  • Contact guest prior to arrival to inquire about any specific needs or accommodations.
  • Coordinate amenities with room service and place kids, teen, and pet amenities in guest rooms
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions etc.

What you bring
  • One year previous luxury hotel experience, preferably in the front office/reservations/concierge departments
  • Requires a working knowledge of the Front Desk and Concierges aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Housekeeping, the hotel and area. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
  • It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
  • The Ability to read and speak English.
