Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Plant Controller to support a manufacturing facility in driving financial performance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role will partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting and finance within a manufacturing environment, along with the ability to analyze data and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in controlling, accounting, or finance (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general systems aptitude
  • Experience working with ERP systems or ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
