About the Role

We are looking for a talented and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our team in the decorative lighting industry. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with excellent technical design skills and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through completion. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand across digital, print, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling marketing materials, including catalogs, enewsletters, promotions and support in presentation development to reflect the products' unique features and benefits.
  • Create engaging digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Produce high-quality visual assets, photography/video edits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop creative campaigns and support product launches.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in developing a brand guide.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve creative output and efficiencies.
  • Develop an understanding of decorative lighting products and translate technical product information into visually engaging content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in Canva, and other relevant creative tools considered an asset.
