We are seeking a motivated and results-driven entry level Assistant Sales Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and help develop a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves beauty, enjoys working with customers, and is ready to grow into a leadership position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support management with daily store operations
  • Help achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty
  • Monitor sales performance and communicate results to management
  • Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members
  • Become a product expert and educate both customers and staff on product benefits and features
  • Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
