Job description

Job Summary:  Manage the pharmacy's daily business, financial, and inventory operations related to drug supply chain management.  Oversees 304B program compliance.    Analyze revenues and expenses related to budget and initiates improvements in departmental financial performance.  Manages 340b Specialist, Pharmacy Buyer and Assistant Pharmacy Buyer Technicians.  

Qualifications:    Masters degree in a business related field or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from a recognized college or university and NC pharmacist license required within 3 months of hire; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.  Three years experience in hospital pharmacy with emphasis on drug supply chain.  Knowledge and experience of budget process, 340B drug program, drug formulary management, reimbursement, data analysis, revenue cycle, and PAP (Patient Assistance Programs).  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
