Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer

Pay: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience, quality, and productivity.

Job Overview

Bailey's Automotive Services is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience installing paint protection film on vehicles, enjoys working with their hands, and has a strong attention to detail. If you have experience with XPEL, SunTek, STEK, 3M, or another premium PPF product, we'd love to talk with you.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1–2 years of PPF installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Experience with bulk installs and/or plotter-cut patterns
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and honest
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)
  • Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicles
  • Install PPF on hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, rocker panels, doors, and full vehicle wraps
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for installation
  • Perform edge wrapping and precision trimming when necessary
  • Remove and reinstall trim components as needed
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bailey's quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Properly care for customer vehicles
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management
Physical Requirements
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Manual dexterity for precision installation work
