POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Packaging team member performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks involved involving the general maintenance and operations processes; and performs related work as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
•Embraces the 1 T.E.A.M. culture
•Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work and in accordance with Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
•Maintain a safe and healthful work environment by practicing safe work habits, good housekeeping procedures and adhering to safety guidelines.
•Assist in installing compliance with work order, work instructions and/or customer specs while following all safety guidelines.
•Perform final check for material condition amp; takes appropriate steps for handling.
•Coordinate the movement of finished goods by material handlers to inventory locations
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•N/A

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•Forklift/crane certified
•Ability to use computers, read tape measures, micrometers and calipers
•Dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
•Strong focus and attention to detail
•Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
•Ability to work outside normal business hours/days as needed
•Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the company
•Able to read and comprehend simple work instructions, work orders, short correspondence and memos written in English
•Able to write simple correspondence in English

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•High school diploma or equivalent, required
•Industry knowledge and experience, a plus
