Crane Operator / Grapple Truck Operator (CDL Required)

Triple A Tree Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Crane Operator with general tree care experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, safety-conscious individual who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a crane for tree removals and large pruning projects.

  • Operate a grapple truck for loading and transporting logs, brush, and debris.

  • Perform general tree work, including tree removals, pruning, rigging, and clean-up.

  • Assist the crew with all aspects of tree operations when not operating equipment.

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance checks.

  • Follow ANSI safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company safety procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and professional job site while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL (required).

  • Experience operating a tree crane and grapple truck.

  • Previous experience in the tree care industry.

  • Knowledge of safe rigging and tree removal practices.

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude.

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
