Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals who want to build a future in a stable, essential industry. No experience is required - we provide the training. What matters most is reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient plant operations.

  • Monitor process controls, gauges, and equipment performance to ensure safe and effective operation.

  • Collect product samples according to standard operating procedures and perform or coordinate quality testing.

  • Make process adjustments based on quality results and operating conditions.

  • Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation.

  • Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance on equipment.

  • Assist with minor equipment repairs and identify maintenance needs.

  • Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment, as required.

  • Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Working rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Typical schedule:

  • Rotating swing shifts (8a-8p / 8p-8a)

  • Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days off
