Description
We are seeking a hard-working Production Operator to assist in the manufacturing process. The Production Operator's responsibilities include maintaining a clean
production area, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line as instructed, and strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Job Details:
  • Pay:
    • Day: $16.00/hr ~ $ 19.00/hr ( General , QA, Forklift worker )
  • Schedule:
    • Day: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM(please note that the Paint Line may involve up to 2 hours of overtime from Monday to Thursday)

Production Operations
  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment to ensure stable operation and quality output.
  • Review and confirm production work orders, instructions, and specifications before starting each production lot.
  • Handle raw materials and maintain accurate records of production activities.

Quality Control
  • Perform routine visual inspections and continuous in-process quality checks to meet product standards.
  • Collect product samples and use measurement tools to verify specifications.
  • Document inspection results and escalate any non-conformities.

Equipment & Troubleshooting
  • Identify and report any equipment abnormalities or process deviations based on standard operating procedures and control plans.
  • Conduct daily machine inspections following the "equipment feature inspection guide."
  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and support technicians in troubleshooting production issues.
