007 Security Services is seeking an experienced Armed Field Supervisor that is confident in their ability to lead and manage, with an in-depth knowledge of the security industry. A competitive candidate will be personable, knowledgeable, and have a calm approach to stressful situations, with a strong commitment to supporting their officers in the field.

Working directly with the Operations Manager to support officer readiness and assist with day-to-day operations such as onboarding, fleet management, and training. This is an armed position, you must have an active PILB Armed Guard Card. ASP and CPR Certified is preferred as well.

$16+ per hour (based on experience and 90-day performance evaluation)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for practicing, executing, and enforcing 007 Security SOPs, Post Orders, training procedures, and policy;

Provide guidance, assistance, training and oversight for our officers in the field, addressing their concerns and resolving issues;

Monitor phone and radio, responding to officers as issues arise;

Assess, investigate, and escalate serious or emergency incident reports;

Assist Operations Manager with day-to-day operations, maintaining readiness of fleet vehicles, equipment, and safety standards;

Conduct detailed employee evaluations, vehicle inspections and monitor reports to identify developing trends or problems;

Assist Operations Manager with onboarding, training and assigning of new officers;

Conduct patrols when required, operating a company vehicle;

Assist Operations Manager with other duties as assigned;

Represent 007 Security in a professional, authoritative manner with an attitude grounded in quality customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 3 years experience in security

At least 3 years experience in a supervisory position preferred

Prior Law Enforcement or Military preferred

Must provide your own approved firearm, duty belt, and level 3 holster (black)

Organized and punctual in completing tasks

Professional demeanor and appearance

Excellent proficiency with smartphones, computers and technology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient de-escalation techniques and practices

Able to operate effectively and calmly under stressful and urgent conditions

Maintain composure at all times when dealing with authorities, clients, staff, and general public

Able to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds

Able to work holidays as required

May be required to work weekends on occasion

May be required to work 10 or 12-hour shifts when needed to support operations

Must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions

Must be over the age of 25

Must have a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must be able to pass a background check

Must possess PILB Work (Guard) Card

Must possess active Armed PILB certification, at least 1 year armed experience preferred
