Responsibilities:
As an Outfitter, you are the heart and sole (pun intended!) of the Fleet Feet experience. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service while recommending gear and products that help customers achieve their goals-no matter what their finish line looks like.
You'll be part of a dynamic, high-energy team that values relationships and thrives on making a difference in the lives of others. By listening closely, learning proactively, and offering personalized solutions, you'll play a key role in building lifelong customers and creating an unforgettable in-store experience.Key Responsibilities

    Requirements:
      • Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
      • Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment is preferred
      • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others
      • Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
      • Adaptable, accountable, and proactive in learning and decision-making
      • Team player with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset
      • Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members
      • Commitment to doing the right thing-even when no one's watching
      • Able to lift up to 40lbs
      • Long periods of standing
      • Able to bend/ stoop to tie shoes
      • Shifts up to 8 hours with no set break schedule
      • Able to reach above shoulder height, climb small 4ft ladders
