Catering to more than runners, we pride ourselves on having an inclusive environment! We believe it’s a privilege to serve and remain committed to delivering unmatched service and support when outfitting customers in everything they need to have a successful run, whether that’s introducing them to their new favorite running shoes, socks, or gear, or inviting them to our next training program run. We like to keep things high-spirited, fast-paced, and fun. We don’t mind wearing more than a few hats and stepping in to help out wherever is needed. Our team is a group of knowledgeable and hardworking individuals who work, sweat, and live passionately. We run together to tackle a problem, reach a goal, get encouraged, and nurture our brand each day. We are in full pursuit to find hardworking people to join us on our quest and bring our core values to life.


Responsibilities

The Training Program is excited to introduce a new leadership opportunity and is currently seeking two Run Leads to help lead and support our Spring and Fall training programs!
This is more than an outfitter position—we are looking for strong, dependable leaders who are ready to step up, make an impact, and commit to our participants throughout the entire 16-week training program. The hourly rate for this role is $15/hr.
Lead weekly group runs
Communicate important program updates
Support participants on their training journey
Represent the program at races and community events
Help foster an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Required Availability
• Every Wednesday evening during the 16-week training block
• Every Saturday morning during the 16-week training block
• Race day mornings/afternoons as scheduled
• Monthly virtual coach and leadership meetings
