Position Summary
The Hydraulic Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing construction equipment used in Outside Plant (OSP) telecommunications operations. This includes drill rigs, trenching equipment, vac trucks, heavy equipment, and support vehicles. The Hydraulic Mechanic ensures all equipment is safe, operational, and serviced according to company standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Knowledge of Ditch Witch directional drills is strongly preferred.
