Loan Officer Assistant

Priority 1 Lending is looking for a motivated, sales-minded Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with phone sales or mortgage experience who wants to build a career in mortgage lending and grow into a licensed Loan Officer.

What You'll Do
  • Assist Loan Officers with leads, client communication, and follow-up
  • Speak with potential borrowers by phone, text, and email
  • Transfer qualified clients to licensed Loan Officers
  • Learn the mortgage process through hands-on training and shadowing
  • Build sales and client service skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Work toward becoming a licensed Loan Officer with support from management
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of phone sales experience preferred
  • Mortgage experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Competitive, motivated, and coachable
  • Comfortable working toward sales goals
  • Ability to learn new technology and multitask
  • Willingness to complete the required SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator course
