Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Operations supports the Director of Operations in managing organizational workflows, improving efficiency, and driving cross-department execution through process improvement and AI-enabled automation.

Position Details:

  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operational oversight across departments
