  • Support oversight of design-build packages, including site layouts, early works, and issued-for-construction documents
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and EPC partners to drive project execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, non-conformances, and field documentation
  • Participate in and lead construction progress meetings

Project Controls & Integration

  • Track milestones, schedules, and project performance using tools such as Primavera P6
  • Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, changes, and key project metrics
  • Coordinate sequencing across engineering, construction, and commissioning teams

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to site requirements
  • Support quality assurance and configuration control processes
  • Assist with regulatory documentation and compliance efforts

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Provide project updates, risk tracking, and recovery plans
  • Support design reviews and constructability planning
  • Maintain project documentation throughout design and construction

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • ~5+ years of experience managing design and construction on large industrial or government projects
  • Experience with scheduling and cost control tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting nuclear, DOE, or regulated infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with quality programs (e.g., NQA-1) and safety standards
  • PMP certification and/or OSHA training
  • Background coordinating EPC contractors and multi-stakeholder environments

Additional Details
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Idaho Falls region and support ongoing site work (~55 miles from town)
