Titile: Information Systems Security Officer / Cybersecurity Analyst
Customer: NIWC Atlantic – E2S2 Program (USMC)
Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid/Flexible)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
Program Overview: Supports the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) under the Enterprise Engineering and Systems Support Services (E2S2) contract. The program delivers systems engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, communications, and IT modernization support for Navy and Marine Corps command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities.
Position Overview
These ISSO positions support the NIWC E2S2 program providing cybersecurity and RMF support for Marine Corps systems. The customer is looking for candidates with strong RMF experience who understand DoD cybersecurity processes, security compliance, and authorization activities. While the job description includes several senior-level cybersecurity concepts, the team is open to hiring more junior candidates who have a solid RMF foundation and can grow into the role while helping manage program costs.
Key Responsibilities
●    Support RMF Assess & Authorize (A&A) activities.
●    Manage POA&Ms and continuous monitoring activities.
●    Work within eMASS to support system authorizations.
●    Validate STIG compliance and security controls.
●    Interpret DoD cybersecurity guidance and directives.
●    Assist with cybersecurity documentation and policy development.
●    Support zero-trust initiatives and enterprise cybersecurity efforts. Must-Have Skills
