What is an assistant network?

Assistant Network professionals, often referred to as Network Assistants or Network Support Assistants, provide technical support for computer networks within an organization. They assist senior network engineers with tasks such as installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and monitoring network performance. Their role is crucial in ensuring that the organization's network runs smoothly and securely, often serving as the first point of contact for network-related problems.

What does an assistant network do?

As an Assistant Network professional, your daily responsibilities often include monitoring network performance, assisting with troubleshooting connectivity issues, and supporting the implementation of new hardware or software.
