Network Engineer
On -Site in Williamsville, NY | $65,000-$70,000/year | Full-Time - Exempt
This position is based in our Williamsville Corporate Office and requires an on-site presence five days per week. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys keeping systems connected, secure, and running smoothly? The Arc Erie County New York is looking for a Network Engineer to join our Information Technology team.
In this role, you'll help manage and support the network infrastructure that keeps our agency connected across programs and locations.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain servers, network hardware, software, and security
  • Support LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and switches
  • Support Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, VMware, and VPN solutions
  • Install and configure new hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot advanced network and technical issues
  • Maintain network documentation and equipment inventory
  • Assist with disaster recovery and technology planning
  • Provide on-call support for network-related issues

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field + 4 years of related IT experience OR
  • Associate's degree in a computer-related field + 6 years of related IT experience
  • Experience managing networks and Active Directory
  • IT certifications such as CCNA, VCP, Microsoft, Citrix, or SonicWall are a plus Benefits
