Job description

Job Summary (in List Format):
- Support and enhance lululemon’s global Identity and Access Management (IAM) services within the Cybersecurity team.
- Plan, design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve identity and access services such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Identify technical and process gaps, collaborate with technical teams, and adopt the latest trends and best practices in IAM.
- Build, upgrade, and mature security technologies and controls aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
- Provide end-user support, resolve operational issues, and deliver enhancements and bug fixes for IAM systems.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital teams to enable business resiliency, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Implement technology workflows and rules to ensure data accuracy in managed systems.
- Establish and promote self-service, automation, and least privileged access models.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Stay up-to-date with IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.) and support global regulatory compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and a growth-focused, inclusive mindset in daily work.
