• Triaging tickets, able to answer the calls which are from Customer
• Troubleshoot the SCCM Agent and Intune agent and Autopilot deployment

• MAM/MDM
• Troubleshoot and fix the Windows and Mac OS issues

• Network connecting and VPN Profile issues

• Participate actively in incidents, problems, requests, and change management processes and the customer ongoing improvement.
• Upgrade of Windows and mac OS issues

Qualifications:
