Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC- Preferrable, or one of the following worksite options- Phoenix, AZ, Johnston, RI, Edison, NJ
Duration: 12 mos.
Job Description:
Seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support the evolution of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. The role will focus on testing and validating authentication, authorization, login security, MFA solutions, biometric authentication, risk evaluation services, and integrations with multiple security vendors.
Interested in candidates who have hands-on automation experience using Java and Selenium, a strong understanding of authentication and security concepts, and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This individual will help design and execute test strategies for APIs, web applications, and mobile authentication workflows while ensuring high-quality customer login experiences. The engineer will work closely with Business Analysts, Development Teams, Product Owners, and Security Vendors to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, create test cases, automate validations, and support ongoing modernization efforts within the authentication ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on QA Automation Engineer with Java + Selenium experience, knowledge of CIAM, MFA, OTP, refresh tokens, biometrics, API testing, and the ability to confidently work with both business and technical teams while supporting ongoing modernization of login and security platforms.
