This is a unique opportunity to work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a specialty setting that blends advanced medicine with heartfelt care.


The Front Desk Representative role provides patients with a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic front office. As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support
  • Triage patients to financial counselors when needed
  • Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies at all times
