• Assess and identify patient needs by effectively communicating and understanding individual goals and challenges.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure quality care and thorough attention to each case.
• Utilize your prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement cost-effective treatment strategies that aim to improve motion and mobility without over-reliance on medications.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs aligned with patient-specific requirements and recovery goals.
• Document and evaluate treatment effectiveness, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients to actively participate in their recovery, enhancing their physical capabilities and overall health.

Our facility primarily serves individuals with orthopedic conditions, many of whom have sustained injuries from sports or accidents. The patient demographic is diverse, with individuals ranging from young athletes to active seniors. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their recovery, helping them regain not only mobility but also confidence in their functional abilities.

• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to develop comprehensive exercise routines.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with familiarity in software such as WebPT.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective patient-centered care plans.
• Experience in leading fitness or rehabilitation groups.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
