We represent the countries of Italy, Spain and France and have multiple tasting rooms, restaurants, event spaces, overnight accommodations, and retail venues. Position Overview:
Europa Village is seeking a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of one of Southern California's premier winery resorts. If you're passionate about creating exceptional print and digital experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests, we'd love to meet you.
While this role supports both print and digital marketing initiatives, its primary focus is delivering premium guest-facing visual experiences. From menus, signage, and packaging to event graphics, advertising, and digital campaigns, the Marketing Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping how guests experience the Europa Village brand.
Marketing Graphic Designer Reports To:
  • Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design
• Design marketing collateral for print and digital campaigns.
• Develop menus, brochures, signage, advertisements, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Create graphics that maintain premium brand standards across all guest touchpoints.
Brand Management
• Ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Apply and evolve Europa Village brand standards.
• Review projects for quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through production.
• Coordinate with marketing, internal departments, vendors, printers, and agencies.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, review proofs, and coordinate production with print vendors to ensure quality and color accuracy.
Photography & Multimedia
• Support photoshoots and creative direction.
• Assist with photography, video editing, and digital content creation when needed.
Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, social media, and communications teams.
• Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute innovative ideas that elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Portfolio Required: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing print, branding, layout, packaging, and digital design work.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field (i.e. Marketing) from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brand preferred.
  • Self-motivated and focused.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
  • Adaptable and quick learner with the ability to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity and standards.
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout, and typography.
  • A broad thinker who can offer design solutions for a variety of needs.
