RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use your communication and marketing design skills to adapt brand messaging and creative assets for a wide range of target audiences and customers while staying within brand guidelines across multiple channels.
  • Take design projects from brief to completion, translating data and insights into visual storytelling while working within brand guidelines.
  • Design and create compelling creative assets using photography, video, typography, storytelling, illustration, and motion design.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets for the website, email, social media, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Create and produce video and podcast content as needed in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative ways for our brand to show up and connect with customers, prospects, and potential employees, pushing creative boundaries to generate action.
  • Work collaboratively with internal, cross-functional groups (including Content, Events, Sales, Ditgial Marketing and Corporate Communications) to provide concept development and graphic design.
  • Manage the creation of presentation decks and supporting collateral (e.g., one-pagers, infographics).
  • Illustrate figures, diagrams, and icons for use across various mediums.
  • Produce and be accountable for the final development of creative assets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and tools in the design field.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Design experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in creative/graphic design within an external or in-house agency.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality creative expertise across a variety of mediums, including branding, B2B/B2C campaigns, and digital media.
  • Mastery of design principles and techniques: creative process, concept development, visual storytelling, illustration, composition, layout, photo manipulation, and typography.
  • Demonstrates proficient expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Illustrator.
  • Develop and implement designs in HTML for web-based applications and digital platforms.
  • Experience in executing creative concepts across platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Experience designing vector icons/illustrations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to justify design choices and provide and receive feedback.

63,275.00 - 93,663.00 USD annually
This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
