• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intakes, enabling you to gather essential information to develop targeted therapy strategies that align with clients’ goals.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy, continually evaluating progress and adjusting strategies to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and state guidelines, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are thoroughly recorded.
• Engage actively in team discussions, participating in regular case reviews and supervision sessions that promote continuous learning and adherence to ethical best practices.
• Involve yourself in community outreach initiatives that aim to raise awareness about mental health resources, reduce stigma surrounding therapy, and enhance community engagement.
• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients in urgent need, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to effectively handle and de-escalate situations.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing trauma, families undergoing transitions, and couples seeking to improve their relationships. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, offering support and strategies to foster healing, reconnection, and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia, allowing you to practice and deliver therapeutic services legally.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in therapeutic settings, providing you with the insights necessary to navigate complex client situations effectively.

• Experience in working with diverse populations, particularly in settings that emphasize trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is advantageous.
• Community outreach or engagement experience, showcasing your commitment to promoting mental health awareness.

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
