Utilizing data analysis and financial tracking, the Associate Merchant contributes to forecasting and budgeting efforts while supporting modular assortment strategies. The position requires strong vendor relationship management and a commitment to operational excellence, aligning business objectives with customer-focused solutions to drive category performance and enhance the overall shopping experience.

The team leads merchandising and purchasing for RV accessories and automotive coolant, focusing on category strategy and financial management to meet business goals. They collaborate across functions to optimize supplier relationships, pricing, and inventory decisions. What you'll do:
  • Provide administrative support for supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders within assigned categories.
  • Assist merchants in resolving supplier issues and facilitate the setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels.
  • Own execution of customer communication and education programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of product content.
  • Analyze category performance data to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting activities.
  • Develop and implement approved promotional features and modular assortment strategies.
  • Support item setup, pricing recommendations, and sample management processes.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive business solutions and continuous improvement.
