Summary

A growing commercial plumbing contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support fast-paced tenant improvement (TI) projects across tech offices, medical spaces, and commercial interiors.

This role supports projects from preconstruction through closeout and works closely with Project Managers, field teams, and general contractors. It’s a good fit for someone with plumbing or MEP experience who wants to grow into a full Project Manager role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
  • Assist with material procurement, scheduling, and coordination
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Help with takeoffs, pricing support, and estimate updates
  • Track job costs, labor, and project budgets
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
  • Attend jobsite and coordination meetings
  • Maintain organized project documentation in Procore or similar systems
  • Support project closeout including punch lists and final documentation
