Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will administer support for the Department Director or Vice President.  Is responsible for planning, researching, problem-solving and performing special projects as assigned.  This position will coordinate schedules and act as the representative for designated routine matters.  Must be able to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure and deal effectively with all levels within and outside of the organization.

  • 3-5 years of progressive secretarial and clerical experience
