We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role involves preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication to ensure maximum production uptime. Candidates with industrial, automotive, military, or other strong mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, chains, sprockets, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Install and replace mechanical components and fabricate replacement parts as needed.
  • Assist with equipment rebuilds, welding, torch cutting, and piping projects.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.
  • Support continuous equipment reliability and production efficiency.
Qualifications
