Our auto repair shop has an immediate opening for a Mechanic Assistant. Under the direction of our senior mechanic, you will assist with car maintenance jobs. You must be familiar with the general workings of a car engine. Our ideal candidate has some experience with fixing and maintaining vehicles, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks on customer vehicles
  • Keeps work area clean and safe
  • Moves cars in and out of the bay area
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Completion of an auto repair program (preferred, but not required)
