Assistant Materials Managers support the Materials Manager in overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies within an organization. They help manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure materials are available for production or operations. Their role often involves monitoring stock, maintaining records, and assisting in negotiating contracts or purchase orders.
