A Platinum Dining GroupMarket Assistantis an ambassador for our restaurant. The Market Assistant will be an expert at welcoming our guests into our fine-goods retail Market with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace ensuring superior customer satisfaction. He/She will promote our products and services to customers.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gives the initial impression of the Market to the customers and greet them with pleasantness

  • Actively engage with the customers to identify needs

  • Answer general questions in person and by phone
