We are a golf cart manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team throughout the entire order fulfillment process.

This position plays a critical role in coordinating with customers after orders are secured by the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order coordination, invoice management, customer communication, payment follow-up, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order confirmation through delivery.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by managing customer orders after they are confirmed.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, production schedules, and shipping timelines.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company's ERP/CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including production, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
  • Track orders from confirmation through shipment and delivery.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Mandarin-speaking is a plus, but not required.
