LV Petroleum & Bojangles is growing and we are looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team! We are now hiring Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members for our fast-paced restaurant locations.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience
  • Prepare and serve quality food according to Bojangles standards
  • Support daily restaurant operations and maintain cleanliness throughout the location
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
  • Leadership positions will help supervise shifts, train team members, and support operational goals
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
  • Help manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs
  • Train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads
  • Ensure high standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development
Shift Lead Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support team members during shifts
  • Help maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Support opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with cash handling, training, and shift accountability
  • Ensure company standards and food safety procedures are followed
Team Member Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude
  • Take customer orders and prepare food accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
  • Support team operations during busy periods
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service

Requirements
  • Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required for all roles
  • Leadership experience preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead opportunities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred .
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
