Assistant Manager Plasma Donation Center Jobs (NOW HIRING)

• Act as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center with overall responsibility for center operations
• Manage daily operations, supervision, quality control, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations
• Meet quarterly goals, staffing and labor‑efficiency standards, cost‑per‑liter targets, and quality KPI goals
• Create an organizational environment that stimulates workforce morale and productivity
• Manage employees, training, quality goals, operational changes, and center efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop and implement process‑improvement action plans
• Manage headcount and provide staffing projections to regional management
• Direct all personnel functions, including hiring, work assignments, development, training, discipline, termination, and personnel records
• Provide strategic direction and planning
• Mentor assigned teams, center staff, and other centers
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection, shipment, and manufacturing records
• Ensure production‑employee training and adherence to company standards
• Manage inventory, supplies, ordering, facility cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Oversee freezer management, plasma shipments, equipment failures, and freezer alarms
• Submit accurate daily and weekly reports
• Develop community representation through public relations and marketing campaigns to attract and retain donors
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, FDA‑approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP
• Build donor rapport and support long‑term donation
• Prepare annual budgets and achieve production and quality goals within agreed costs
• Control center donor funds and maintain accurate financial records
• Identify regulatory deficiencies and implement corrective action
• Conduct risk management reviews and investigate unsafe situations and complaints
• Maintain ability to perform all center tasks and fill production roles when needed
• Assume regional management oversight and mentoring duties for selected facilities or during the ROM’s absence
• Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Prior management experience, preferably supervising a group of 20 or more employees
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred
• Leadership, management, presentation, organizational, customer service, interpersonal communication, and computer skills
• Ability to understand, assess and communicate FDA regulations
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities, ensure proper staffing levels, maintain adequate levels of plasma collection, and adhere to quality standards
• Ability to control costs and maintain a budget
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve established goals and standards
• Ability to develop positive relationships with donors, center employees, and company employees working in different geographical locations
• Developing command of and proficiency in at least one functional area, such as finance, IT, HR, or compliance
• Ability to relocate preferred
