Technical Support Coordinator (Remote)
Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid – 1 Day/Week Onsite, Fridays)

About the Role

Seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join the Store Systems Support team. This role is perfect for an IT Technician or Desktop Support professional with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. You’ll start with in-person training (3–4 weeks) and then transition to working remotely four days a week, with Fridays onsite in Mason, OH.


Responsibilities
  • Provide remote deskside support via chat for store systems and end users.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to:

    • Microsoft Windows (application installs, system configurations).

    • PC hardware (CPU, monitors, peripherals, basic connectivity).

    • Software and hardware performance.

  • Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

  • Assist with system setup, user support, and general IT coordination tasks.

  • Deliver empathetic, customer-focused technical assistance — retail experience a plus.


Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
