Job Summary:

Prepare, season and cook food related to the broiler station to consistently produce dishes that look and taste appealing, while remaining in compliance with all Clark County Health Department and OSHA rules and company policies and procedures as they pertain to the position.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Cook foods according to recipes, adjusting to desired specifications of guest's request
  • Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
  • Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time
  • Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
  • Ensure that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Clean and sanitize all tables and cook line refrigerator
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
  • Assist chefs and line cooks with food preparation
  • All other duties that may be assigned
